PC17 Vulgar and Foul-mouthed examines the person who cusses or curses, speak aggressively and ill towards other people in the light of the Bible.
Topics: Works are not a Criteria for Salvation | What is cursing? | Vulgar Words, and God | Wishing evil to fall on others | The Exemplary Life of a Child of God.
Excerpt: James 3:9 Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. 10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. 11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter? 12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
An evil, unconverted and unsaved man can have his mouth very attuned to cursing, lying, and attacking others. But a child of God will never let words of this nature of character “slip out” out of his/her mouth (nor think them in his mind or heart).

pc06 Suicide or something worse? We look at the causes of depression leading into suicide, and help from God and the Bible.
Excerpts: In Mark 5.2-5 there is a demon possessed person who day and night “cut himself with rocks.” In Matthew 17:15 we also see another demon working which seeks to force the person to commit suicide. The desire to harm yourself is a force of darkness, not from God. But the solution then is only found in God, in His love for you, and in His salvation. We should cast our cares upon Him, “for he careth for you” (1 Peter 5:7). By building a strong relationship with God we can get out of our problems. God will also give us strength and endurance through our problems. The only place of true happiness and joy is when one is in the will of God.
Topics: What causes a person to think about suicide? | What is depression? | Who is the King and Owner of your Life? | What is suicide? | How do I avoid ideas of suicide?

The Solution is Preaching Preaching is central in how God communicates to us. Preaching solves our spiritual problems and brings blessings. But preaching has to be actually reading and explaining the Word of God, exhorting and motivating others to obey God.
Topics: What many people think | What is a church? | What makes a Church Function? | The Focus on Preaching | Harmony and Fellowship are Dependent on "Like Mindedness" | Convincing everybody to Think the Same Way | Is it good that everybody thinks the same way? No. | Deference, or giving others the Preference.
Excerpt: Preaching fixes in us an understanding that causes faith. Faith changes our lives and brings us into conformity with the will of God. The Word of God fixes our problems and sets our lives straight in the sight of God.

What is your Gospel?
In this study, I examine the Calvinist twisting of “the doctrines of Grace” as their principle “gospel” or doctrine, rather than concentrating on the Gospel as given by Jesus and the apostles. In this study I examine the lack of “Grace” (election is what the Calvinist means by grace) in the Gospels and Acts, and I examine each occurrence of the word grace (caris in greek) in both the Gospels and Acts.
