It takes a lot of work, energy, time, and money to create, maintain, protect, and make new works constantly. While you may benefit from all my work only spending 5 minutes a week, it takes me hours and hours, and hackers attacking, many more. Just $5 dollars goes a long way to cover my financial burden of managing this site.

Sermon: How to Know if you are dead
This is a sample sermon that I preached in English in a Church in the United States in 2015. Note: The first 60 seconds is an update about us and our ministry. The actual sermon starts at about 57 seconds into the recording. I have a tract that it is preached from that is available here on coxtractsTopics in How to Know if you are dead
What marks the difference?
For the truly saved, there is a “dying” or burying with Christ (which is death to sin) and a resurrection from that death (which is the new life). Spiritual life is marked by a voluntary desire and will to live your life centered on pleasing God (doing His will), and a death to the old life, to your carnal and unspiritual desires.. As Paul observes or exhorts in Romans 6:4 we need to "walk in newness of life". If there is no spiritual change in a person then perhaps he has not fully understood the salvation message and is still spiritually dead. This is a package deal, and you turn from sin to righteousness (doing what is right in Jesus' eyes), and this produces spiritual life in you 1Cor 6:9-10. This "newness of life" is actually the other side of the coin of a dying or deadness to the old life and its attractions.Live in the Likeness of Christ
The evidence that we have spiritual life (through Jesus Christ) is that we walk as Jesus our Savior walked. We strive to morally (in our character) become like Jesus Christ (as presented in the pages of Scripture).Bearing Spiritual Fruit
The bottom line is that you must have the indwelling Holy Spirit in you, causing holiness and a desire and interest in spiritual things. This “seal of God” is seen in holiness (not sinning, and doing the righteousness that God desires in us). This is not sinless perfection, but it is 100% engaging and trying to be holy and pious in truth and deed and spirit.Do you have the Stink of Death?
You see every person has a smell about them, some the sweet smell pleasing to God, and others the stinch of death. The concept here is simply that what the essence of the thing is gives off a way of identifying it to others. You life speaks of spiritual life or spiritual death. Which is it?Other markers of spiritual life:

Humility versus Pride

Love for their brothers in Christ
The Controlled Tongue
Not being the World's Friend
Follow the good, not the Bad But you can see from this exerpt from the tract that we preach the Bible straight. We tell things as God has said them. When you support our ministry and pray for us, you are supporting the Word of God going out "to the uttermost". Won't you join in with us for this ministry? These tracts are made available on the Internet both in Spanish and English because of donations from people like you.
